It all started with an idea between two friends who shared a dream
Long before Ember Stationery had a name, there were two friends who simply loved to create. Creativity has always been a part of our lives, from drawing and designing to filling the pages of our journals. What began as a childhood passion grew into something we carried with us over the years, finding new ways to bring our ideas and imagination to life.
Journaling became one of those places where our creativity naturally came together. We loved filling pages with little details, collecting inspiration, playing with colours and designs, and creating something that felt entirely our own. And somewhere along the way, a simple conversation turned into a question: what if we could create things like this for other people too?
At first, it was nothing more than an idea. We started drawing on our iPads, playing around with designs and imagining what it might be like to see something we had created become a real product. There was no big business plan or carefully mapped-out journey. We simply thought: why not give it a try?
One sketch became another, ideas turned into designs, and before we knew it, Ember Stationery began to take shape.
Every product has a story before it reaches you.
What makes this journey so special to us is everything that happens before a product reaches the shop. The first spark of an idea, the rough sketches, the endless little adjustments, the inspiration we find along the way, and the moment a design finally becomes something real. We want to share those moments with you, not just the finished product, but the story behind it.
Because every piece we create starts somewhere.
And this is only the beginning.
Our dream is to grow Ember into a creative world of its own. One filled with thoughtful stationery, beautiful details, inspiration, and a little touch of magic. A place that encourages you to slow down, put pen to paper, and make space for your own creativity.
We don't know exactly where this journey will take us, and perhaps that's part of the magic. For now, we're simply excited to keep creating, keep dreaming, and see where this first chapter leads.
