Return Policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within this period at: emberstationery@hotmail.com

Please include your name and order number when contacting us.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

Return Conditions

Please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may inspect and assess the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would be able to do in a physical store.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may take any resulting decrease in value into account when issuing the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sending your return using a tracked shipping service. Ember Stationery is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit if the customer cannot provide proof of shipment.

Refunds

After a valid cancellation, we will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs.

If you chose a more expensive shipping method than our cheapest standard shipping option, the additional shipping costs will not be refunded.

We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Exceptions

For certain products, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. If an exception applies to a product, this will be clearly stated before you place your order.
